Returns & Exchanges

1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges requested beyond this period cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
b. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.
c. Package your item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and any accessories.
d. Clearly write the RMA number on the package and affix any provided return shipping label.
e. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error in processing your order.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the exchange circumstances.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that you may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
